Late Night Korean BBQ in Calgary: What’s on Korilla’s 9PM Menu

Most Korean BBQ dinners in Calgary wrap up early. If you’re looking for a proper grill night after 9PM, Korilla now runs a Late Night menu at its 17th Ave SW location, built for the part of the evening when the dinner rush has settled but nobody’s ready to go home.

What’s on the Late Night menu

Starting at 9PM, the Late Night menu centres on a Value Combo of Korilla’s most-ordered cuts: brisket, garlic galbi, pork belly and pork galbi. The combo comes with a choice of soup, egg jjim, corn cheese and a chef’s selection of seasonal banchan, so the table is covered without having to piece together an order from the full menu. Korilla is currently offering 10% off the Value Combo.

It’s still tabletop grilling, with the same premium cuts you’d get at an early dinner, just on a later schedule.

Why it works for a late night out

  • Groups that start late. Birthdays, post-work meetups and weekend plans don’t always begin at 7PM.

  • A shorter menu, easier decisions. One combo that covers meat, soup and sides keeps ordering simple.

  • Karaoke downstairs. Private karaoke rooms are $10/hour Monday to Thursday and $20/hour Friday to Sunday, so dinner can turn into the rest of the night without moving venues.
